Akash Kumar K S from Kollam who is an Electrical Engineer by profession and now working as Lecturer in SN Polytechnic College, Kottiyam,Kollam. He has actively participated in rescue and relief activities at Karunagappally and Kollam when the Tsunami hitted kerala badly. But unfortunately he met with an accident and lost his vision, but he is still a part of rebuilding activities at flood-affected parts of Kerala. His story is truly inspiring and this story has published by the quint.
