Oppo launched another mid-range Reno series smartphone in India. Oppo Reno4 Pro unveiled globally as the successor of Oppo Reno3 Pro with enhanced features and camera options. The smartphone launched in India has minor changes which one already launched in China. Oppo Reno4 Pro is coming with an appealing design that is curved on display edges by 55.9°. With this design, this oppo model can easily achieve thin bezels with 92.01 percentage of the screen to body ratio. This phone comes with a sleek design and has a thickness of just 7.7mm. and its weight is just 161g.
Oppo Reno4 Pro features a bigger and best in the class display of 6.5-inch size and it is of Full HD plus type with a refresh rate of 90Hz and touch sampling rate of 180 Hz. This higher refresh rate gives a smooth and stunning viewing experience. The display s madeof Super AMOLED curved panel which offers a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. Along with these specialties this, the sophisticated display offers colorful and brighter visuals with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut with up to 1,100 nits brightness. Also, it provides Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. A fingerprint scanner is integrated as a part of this display without adding any extra buttons.
This oppo device runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 which offers faster booting and better multi-core performance. The main difference of this phone's Indian variant from Chinese one is the use of processor; as a Chinese variant is coming with Snapdragon 765G SoC. This oppo's smart gadget comes with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and bundled with internal storage options of 128GB and 256GB. It offers a 3D cooling system constituted by a tube and a sheet made of graphite and with a copper foil.
When walk around the back the quad-cameras aligned vertically gives the smartphone an elegant look. I feel it like a group f buttons attached to a wedding suite. The main camera is made of a 48 MegaPixel sensor with a size of 1/2” and is a Sony IMX586 one. This camera offers an aperture of f/1.7. The selfie snapper offers Electronic video stabilization for capturing better selfie videos; The main snapper also offers Ultra Steady Video stabilization so this feature reckons as a feature to attract vloggers around the globe. The rear camera is very much able to capture low light photos even under the brightness below 1 lux.
On connectivity end, it offers Dual sim 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC, and USB Type-C port. Oppo Reno4 Pro is powered by a 4000 mAh battery that supports SuperVOOC 2.0; with this feature, the battery can be fast-charged with a 65W charger. It is very surprising that this smartphone can be fully charged in just 36 minutes. Another feature to be mentioned is its self-monitoring system; if any of the components or any power line malfunctioning is there, then it may switch off the device automatically to protect the whole gadget. This smartphone will be available in two color shades; Stary white and silky night.
